      Yes, that is the key, to continually get re-inspired. It is easy to “slip” when we are alone in it.
      I do the same thing unless I have fresh foods prepared.

  2. This is really interesting even though I thought I knew a lot about superfoods. After reading your article, I see it from a new light, and understand it better.

    As a matter of fact, you made me see start seeing processed foods, or as you call it, ‘denatured foods’, as poisons.

    That’s what they are in the real sense. That is why mankind has been falling ill to so many diseases.

    Anyways, thanks for this elaborate article. Keep doing what you do because we appreciate your effort.

  3. Wow, excellent post and I loved reading it. I am big fan of nature. I believe that our mother nature’s creations, are the most powerful ones, that no Human Being can recreate.

    So the whole organic unprocessed foods, hold the key to our well being and long life.

    I liked the way how you explained the differences between natural whole food and processed foods. It was very helpful information and worth reading it. Thank you for this wonderful post.
